Join us as an On-site Lifeguard at our resort pool, where your primary focus will be on guest safety and emergency assistance. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills.
We need an experienced Lifeguard with at least 7 months of relevant work history. Your responsibilities will include training staff, keeping safety logs, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a secure recreational environment for guests of all ages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor pool activities and ensure safety measures
• Maintain accurate logs for safety records
• Train and supervise fellow lifeguards
• Provide first aid and emergency assistance when needed
• Assemble and manage pool equipment and supplies
Requirements:
• Lifesaving Bronze Cross and NLS Certificate required
• CPR and First Aid certificates essential
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Dependable and organized approach to work
