OverviewMP Lundy Construction, a 50+ year old construction management company in Ottawa, is looking for a dynamic and energetic Technical Coordinator to join their team. Reporting to the VP of Construction, and working closely with our Project Managers, the Technical Coordinator’s responsibilities will include:ResponsibilitiesPreparation, distribution, and control of project documentationReview specifications for submittal requirementsObtain the proper bonding and insurance as required by projectsManage all finance-related paperwork associated with a projectPrepare monthly billings to clientsReview and approval of shop drawingsCoordination of SI/CCN/CD between tradesKeep drawing markups currentAttending project meetings as requiredPreparation of operation and maintenance manualsAssist the Estimating department in the closing of tendersExperience & QualificationsPost-secondary education focusing on the construction industry3 to 5 years of related experienceProficient in Microsoft applications (i.E.
