Tim Hortons in Campbellford, ON is hiring a

Kitchen Manager

to lead kitchen operations at their fast food and coffee shop location.

Work Setting:

Coffee shop, fast food outlet, restaurant. Work workplace may be noisy with odours present.

Responsibilities:

Establish methods to meet work schedules

Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation

Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

Prepare budget and cost estimatesAddress customers' complaints or concerns

Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

Prepare and submit reports

Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

Establish work schedules

Supervision:

3–10 people

Requirements:

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate





1 year to less than 2 years of experience

Own transportation required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure

Excellent oral communication skills

Client focus, flexibility, initiative, and team player attitude

Work Conditions:

Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, combination of sitting, standing and walking, standing for extended periods, attention to detail.

Shifts:

Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Flexible Hours
