Service Support Associate - 18 Month ContractTemporary Full TimeWhat you will doAct as a liaison between clients and head office departmentsHandle routine client changes, administrative and claim inquiriesProcess client plan changesOrder employee booklets, contracts, enrollment forms, ID cards, etc.Assist service team with preparation of new group submission materials proposals and presentation materialsAssist sales team with preparation of new business and in force quotes in addition to renewals and amendmentsWord processing duties including a variety of materials such as client correspondence, administration guides, census data requests, etc.Responsible for the creation of client and advisor reportingProvide other administrative support as needed to enhance the client experience, contributing to an efficient, energized and effective Group Customer TeamProvide backup support to other positions on the team as requiredWhat you will bringHighly adaptable, driven to be your best, and proven initiativeWell-developed customer service skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong mathematical skillsExcellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skillsStrong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work to deadlinesAttention to detail is keyGood problem‑solving skillsAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentKnowledge of the group insurance industry would be an assetThe base salary for this position is between$45,600 - $68,400annually.
