Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety, with experience working in fast-paced restaurant environments. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, measuring, and assembling ingredients
Ensure all food is handled safely and stored properly in compliance with food safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours
Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management




Adhere to all health and safety guidelines related to food industry standards

Skills
Proven experience in serving, food preparation, and cooking within a restaurant or food service environment
Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a rapid-paced kitchen setting
Excellent meal preparation skills with attention to detail
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and proper usage techniques
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Knowledge of the food industry trends and best practices for maintaining high standards of quality and hygiene

Pay: $17.50-$18.00 per hour
