Customer Success Partner (CSP)

As a Customer Success Partner, you'll work alongside a Customer Success Director on our strategic accounts; owning the relationships and operational delivery that drive positive Net Revenue Retention. You'll be the person senior stakeholders trust to connect the value we deliver to the goals they actually care about, and the one who spots the opportunity to deepen, renew, or grow the relationship before anyone else does.

This is a relationship-first role. You'll spend the majority of your working week in office with customers, building the kind of trust that turns decision-makers into advocates.

What you'll be doing
Deepen: Run business reviews, drive feature adoption, and turn product usage into demonstrable value
Renew: Keep stakeholders bought into the value delivered, and protect ARR through smooth, well-supported renewals
Grow: Spot and log expansion opportunities,



and work with Sales and your CSD to progress them
Promote: Build trusted-advisor relationships that turn into references, case studies, and warm introductions
Account Planning: Contribute to and execute against account plans owned by your CSD and Strategic Account Director

What we're looking for
4+ years working with operations stakeholders in customer success, account management, consulting, or operations
Solid relationship-building and communication skills, with real credibility in front of senior stakeholders
Comfort with data — using it to demonstrate value, spot trends, and identify performance issues
A track record of hitting retention targets
A degree is preferred, but equivalent experience is absolutely fine
Bonus if you've got knowledge or experience in Operations Management.

Travel: This role involves regular national travel, with occasional international trips, to be where your customers are.
