Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess clients’ needs, develop personalized support plans, and monitor progress.
Collaborate with educational institutions or organizations using Ellucian systems to coordinate programs and track client engagement.
Maintain accurate, confidential records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with privacy regulations.
Stay informed about best practices in counselling techniques and continuously develop your skills through training and career development opportunities.
