Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Prep Cook/Dishwasher to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality food service and cleanliness standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent food safety practices, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not required, as training will be provided.

Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of menu items according to established recipes and standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling, and portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes, utensils, and cookware
Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed to meet food safety regulations
Support the kitchen team in maintaining an organized and sanitary work environment




Follow all safety guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working space

Experience
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods is advantageous
Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is desirable
Experience with meal preparation and serving in a fast-paced setting will be beneficial
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
