We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and results-driven Used Car Manager to lead our pre-owned vehicle department and help drive sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do
Manage all aspects of the used vehicle department.
Source, appraise, purchase, and price used vehicles.
Monitor inventory levels, aging, and market trends.
Develop pricing strategies to maximize gross profit and vehicle turn.
Lead, coach, and motivate the used car sales team.
Ensure vehicles are properly merchandised, reconditioned, photographed, and advertised.
Build and maintain relationships with wholesalers, auctions, vendors, and customers.
Work closely with the Sales, Service, and Finance departments.
Monitor department performance and achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
Ensure an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For




Previous experience as a Used Car Manager or in automotive sales management.
Solid knowledge of used vehicle acquisition, appraisal, pricing, and market trends.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Results-driven with a focus on sales, gross profit, and inventory management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Valid driver’s licence.
