DRA Healthcare Partners Ltd. is seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to oversee the coordination and day-to-day delivery of healthcare services. This position will support care teams, monitor service quality, and help ensure clinical operations remain organised and responsive to patient needs.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily clinical service activities and team priorities.
Supervise staff and support effective workload planning.
Monitor service quality, patient feedback, and operational concerns.
Assist with resolving clinical service issues and escalations.
Maintain appropriate service records and operational documentation.
Work with management and care teams on service improvements.
Support staffing, scheduling, and resource planning.
Qualifications
Experience in clinical services, healthcare management, care coordination, or a related workplace.
Previous supervisory or management experience in healthcare.
Robust communication,
organisation, and decision-making skills.
Understanding of patient-centred service delivery and healthcare procedures.
Comfortable using electronic healthcare and administrative systems.
Relevant healthcare, health administration, or management education is preferred.

Pay: $26.11-$52.89 per hour
