Duties
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems
Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently and accurately
Assist in food handling and preparation to ensure quality and safety standards are met
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, counters, and workstations
Support food safety protocols by following proper sanitation and food handling procedures
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve guests promptly while maintaining quality service




Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and guest satisfaction
Handle guest inquiries or concerns professionally to promote positive experiences

Qualifications
Prior food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality workplace is preferred
Familiarity with POS systems.
Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations
Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
Experience with food handling, preparation, or kitchen operations is advantageous
Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
A team-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence
