Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries to foster a friendly shopping environment
Support daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining cleanliness
Process transactions accurately at the point of sale while providing excellent customer service
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure smooth store functioning
Handle customer feedback professionally, resolving issues promptly and effectively
Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure and compliant workplace




Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and stock counts

Requirements
Robust communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and team members
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or moving merchandise
A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for learning recent skills and supporting team efforts
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required; training will be provided
Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory counts
A positive mindset focused on teamwork, reliability, and delivering excellent service

Pay: $15.00-$16.50 per hour
