Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule transportation services for a fleet of five tow trucks.
Utilize phone systems to communicate with drivers, customers, and other stakeholders
Perform data entry tasks to update and maintain transportation records
Utilize transportation management systems such as Towbook, Ram app, tracking software
Collaborate with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to optimize transportation processes

Experience:
Previous experience in transportation management or dispatching is preferred
Familiarity with fleet management practices and procedures




Proficiency in using phone systems for communication purposes
Robust data entry skills with attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
