This is a fast-paced, high-energy role starting at $18.00+ per hour (higher depending on your experience), working with properties and teams right here in the Calgary area.

The Role

You will split your time between leading on-site operations and building great relationships with local Calgary businesses. You are the spark that keeps our cleaning crew motivated and the trusted partner our clients rely on for top-tier service.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations
Drive performance. Train, coach, and inspire your cleaning crew daily.
Inspect quality. Run quick-paced walkthroughs to ensure flawless cleanliness.
Manage gear. Keep supplies stocked and equipment running smoothly.
Lead by example. Jump in to help the team clean whenever needed.

Client Services & Quality Assurance
Own the relationship. Chat regularly with clients to ensure total satisfaction.
Solve problems fast.



Handle client requests and feedback with a positive attitude.
Report success. Deliver quick operational updates to management.
Track quality. Log digital inspection reports to showcase our high standards.

Qualifications
Proven leadership. At least 1–2 years of customer service and team-lead experience.
People person. Exceptional communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Cleaning expert. Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning methods, safety (including Alberta OHS), and equipment.
Mobile & ready. Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle to move between Calgary sites.
Adaptable hustle. Availability to work agile shifts, including evenings and weekends.
