We are seeking a talented and personable Hair Stylist to join our vibrant salon team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients look and feel their best, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a professional salon setting is preferred, along with a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety.

Duties
Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, color, treatments, and styling to meet client preferences and needs
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles or products
Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health regulations
Upsell retail products that complement clients’ hair care routines, enhancing their overall experience
Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, checking in clients,



and processing payments
Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education

Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients
Expertise in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and chemical treatments
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a protected and hygienic workplace
Effective communication skills for understanding client needs and explaining service options clearly
Ability to upsell retail products naturally and confidently to enhance client satisfaction
Experience with retail sales and front desk operations is a plus
Skilled attitude, creativity, and attention to detail are essential for success in this role
