Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all special requests and dietary needs are accommodated
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
Assist with food preparation and handling to support kitchen staff when needed
Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, counters, and service stations to uphold health and safety standards




Manage cash register transactions accurately and handle customer payments with professionalism
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service flow during busy periods

Skills
Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly desirable
Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
Experience in serving, food handling, and food safety protocols
Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
Knowledge of hospitality best practices to create welcoming environments
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
