Toto Sushi is looking for a reliable and hardworking Maki Chef.
Maki Chef
Main Duties (Maki Chef)
Prepare sushi rolls, nigiri & pressed sushi
Assist with sashimi preparation
Prepare and stock ingredients
Keep sushi station clean & organized
Wash and sanitize kitchen equipment
Follow food safety & sanitation standards
Help other team members during busy hours
Qualifications
1+ year Maki experience preferred
Sashimi & nigiri experience preferred
Basic knowledge of fish & seafood
Japanese cuisine experience is a plus
Quick, accurate & reliable
Team player with a positive attitude
Willing to learn
Job Details
Full time / Part time / Permanent
$19–$21/hour (depending on experience)
Location: In person
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
