Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Delivery Coordinator to oversee and streamline our delivery operations. This role involves coordinating deliveries, managing customer interactions, and supporting sales efforts to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess solid communication skills, organizational abilities, and a background in sales or customer service, with proficiency in multiple languages such as Spanish. Experience in B2B sales, high-end sales, or dealership environments is a plus. The Delivery Coordinator will play a key role in maintaining positive client relationships and supporting our sales pipeline through effective coordination and communication.

Responsibilities
Coordinate daily delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient distribution of products
Communicate with clients to confirm delivery appointments and address any scheduling conflicts
Support outside sales efforts by providing excellent customer service and upselling opportunities
Manage the sales pipeline by tracking delivery statuses and following up on potential leads
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, customer interactions,



and sales activities using organizational tools
Support marketing initiatives by gathering customer feedback and promoting current products or services during deliveries
Ensure adherence to phone etiquette, qualified communication standards, and organizational protocols

Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or retail sales environments
Solid negotiation skills with the ability to upsell and support high-end sales strategies
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in dealership or sales support roles is advantageous
Knowledge of marketing principles and experience managing a sales pipeline is desirable
Exceptional customer service skills with a qualified phone etiquette
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team

Pay: $3,500.00-$4,500.00 per month
