River City Countertops is looking for an experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Penticton, BC.
We are looking for someone with experience in sales, flooring sales, and/or countertop sales who is confident working with customers and closing sales.
Position: Sales Representative – Countertops & Flooring
Hours: 40 hours/week
Location: 320 Martin St, Penticton, BC V2A 5K4
Pay: Hourly rate depending on experience + Commission
What we're looking for:
Experience in sales
Experience selling flooring and/or countertops
Robust customer service and communication skills
Confident, friendly, and skilled
Organized and able to manage multiple customer projects
Comfortable preparing quotes and following up with customers
Reliable and motivated to meet sales goals
Responsibilities:
Work with customers to select countertops and flooring
Provide product recommendations and quotes
Follow up with customers and leads
Manage sales from initial consultation through to completion
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and installers
Provide excellent customer service throughout the process
Industry experience is strongly preferred.
