BOH Crew Member – Holy Chuck Job

Type: Full-time or Part time Pay: $17.60–$19.00 per hour

Location: Guelph, ON

Schedule: Flexible shifts; evenings, weekends, and holidays required

Opening: October 2026

We're opening a recent Holy Chuck in Guelph this October — a fast-paced QSR burger concept built around high-quality food, great service, and an energetic vibe — and we're building our founding kitchen team. What You'll Do

Prepare and cook burgers, chicken, fries, and other menu items to company standards

Prep sauces, toppings, vegetables, proteins, and other ingredients for service

Portion and label products according to company procedures

Keep kitchen stations, prep areas, equipment, and storage clean and organized

Restock stations and keep the kitchen service-ready

Work efficiently and communicate clearly with the team during peak rushes

Help with inventory rotation, stocking, and receiving deliveries as needed





What We're Looking For

Dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in food quality and cleanliness

Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

Strong attention to detail and consistency

Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask under pressure

Prior kitchen experience is a plus, but not required — we'll train you

Physical Requirements

Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen setting Ready to join the founding team?
