We are seeking a dependable and customer-oriented Retail Store Assistant to join our truck parts store. The successful candidate will assist customers, manage inventory, and support day-to-day store operations. Punjabi-speaking candidates are required to effectively communicate with our customer base.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing truck parts and accessories.
Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders.
Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure shelves are well stocked.
Process sales using the POS system.
Keep the store clean, organized, and secure.
Assist with deliveries, pickups, and other store-related tasks as required.
Support warehouse operations when needed.

Requirements




Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence (mandatory).
Must be fluent in Punjabi and English.
Previous retail, warehouse, automotive, or truck parts experience is an asset.
Knowledge of truck parts is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a quick-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the truck parts, automotive, or heavy-duty equipment industry.
Experience with inventory management and order picking.
