Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscape Design Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in bringing beautiful outdoor spaces to life by assisting with landscape installation, maintenance, and construction projects. Your hands-on skills and enthusiasm will contribute to creating vibrant gardens, functional landscapes, and aesthetically pleasing environments. Responsibilities
Assist with the installation of landscape features, including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawn areas
Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform various landscaping tasks such as digging, edging, and pruning
Support the setup and maintenance of irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns
Conduct landscape maintenance activities like mowing, trimming, weeding, and soil preparation
Help with the use of machinery such as excavators for larger excavation or site preparation projects
Maintain a clean and organized work site by removing debris and ensuring all tools are properly stored after use




Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment

Skills
Experience with construction sites or landscaping projects is highly desirable
Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain equipment like excavators and power tools
Strong gardening and horticulture understanding for planting, pruning, and soil management
Familiarity with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting
Ability to work effectively with hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and trowels
Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including mowing, trimming, fertilizing, and pest control
Positive physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
Prior experience with landscape or garden design is a plus but not required

Pay: $19.75-$26.89 per hour
