Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Oil Change Worker to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will perform oil changes efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service. This role offers an excellent chance for individuals with automotive maintenance experience or mechanical knowledge to develop their skills in a fast-paced setting. Prior vehicle experience is a plus, but we welcome motivated candidates eager to learn. The Oil Change Worker will be responsible for providing timely vehicle maintenance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall operations of our service center.
Responsibilities
Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicle makes and models with precision and attention to detail
Conduct basic vehicle inspections to identify additional maintenance needs
Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely and effectively
Assist customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or repairs when appropriate
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area to ensure safety and efficiency
Support team members in completing additional automotive maintenance tasks as required
Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications
Qualifications
Fluently able to communicate in English
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers
Basic understanding of vehicles
Willingness to learn new skills and expand technical knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
