Requirements
Perform professional eyelash extension applications tailored to each client’s eye shape and desired style
Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards to ensure a hygienic environment for clients
Must be social media ready and consistent with posting and engaging
Must be willing and ready to build recurring clientele
Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and recommend suitable lash styles
Educate clients on lash aftercare, product recommendations, and maintenance tips
Assist with retail sales by recommending beauty products such as lash care items
Conduct product demos to showcase recent lash extensions or related beauty offerings
Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a friendly, engaging atmosphere

Skills
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with diverse clients
Knowledge of sanitation protocols specific to eyelash extension application and beauty services, training could be provided with eagerness to learn.
Must be active on social media and have recent instagram work
Must have at least 2+yrs experience
Ability to manage scheduling appointments and greeting guests
Qualified appearance and high sanitization standards
