Journeyperson candidates with strong commercial experience and leadership capability can expect top-tier pay, while 4th year apprentices will be compensated in line with experience and progression.

Responsibilities (including but are not limited to):
Sheet Metal Work
Install, assemble, and modify commercial HVAC duct systems
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical drawings accurately
Work independently and support or mentor apprentices as needed
Maintain jobsite safety, material control, and proper documentation
Collaborate with supervisors, foremen, and other trades
Deliver high-quality, code-compliant installations
General Duties
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work with the team to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality
Communicate clearly both verbally and electronically
Requirements
Valid Journeyperson Sheet Metal Worker certification (or enrolled as a 4th Year Apprentice)
Proven commercial HVAC installation experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation (company vehicle may be provided based on experience)
