TalkInc is a dynamic private practice offering speech and language services for children across Ontario. We are currently seeking a registered Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as an independent contractor, providing in-home assessment and/or therapy while supervising CDA/SLPA caseloads virtually.

Position Overview: As a Speech-Language Pathologist with TalkInc, you will:
Provide in-person assessment and/or therapy, virtual consultations, and supervision of support personnel for a variety of communication disorders
Design personalized treatment plans using SMART goals and best practice guidelines
Offer client-centered care,



track progress, and adjust treatment as needed
Supervise CDAs (with supplemental pay) and support their professional growth
Maintain detailed, accurate records in compliance with CASLPO regulations

What We're Looking For:
A graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active CASLPO registration in positive standing
Qualified Liability Insurance
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management and the ability to work independently

Pay: $112.00-$186.00 per hour
