Overview
We are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in purchasing parts and accessories for their vehicles while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
Maintain inventory of parts and accessories
Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles
Process orders and handle order fulfillment
Provide excellent customer service both in-person and over the phone
Utilize sales skills to promote products and upsell when appropriate
Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure productive parts management
Utilize Excel for inventory tracking and management
Skills
Robust organizational skills to manage inventory effectively
Excellent phone etiquette to assist customers professionally
Sales experience to promote products and increase sales
Knowledge of automotive repair to accurately identify parts needed
Proficiency in Excel for inventory tracking
Cash handling experience with attention to detail
Familiarity with cashiering procedures is a plus
