Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Chef to lead our culinary team and craft exceptional dining experiences. As a key member of our restaurant, you will oversee food preparation, ensure high standards of quality and safety, and inspire your team to deliver outstanding service. Responsibilities
Lead food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation expectations
Be able to utilize kitchen appliances efficiently and with expertise (fryer, oven, pan, etc.)
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a cohesive and productive team
Manage food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices in compliance with health regulations
Oversee food inventory, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels without waste
Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area,

Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English is optional
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and restaurant management within the food industry
Have strong teamwork ability and work on a team effectively
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, handling procedures, and sanitation practices
Excellent skills in food service operations, including preparation of dishes
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Leadership qualities that motivate staff and foster a positive work atmosphere
Prior restaurant or hospitality experience with a focus on culinary excellence and customer satisfaction
