Overview

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Part time Receptionist to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be the friendly first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk. Your positive attitude, excellent organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism will contribute significantly to creating a welcoming environment. Duties
Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, maintaining a qualified and approachable demeanor
Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and transfer calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software
Handle front desk responsibilities such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining organized records
Support administrative functions including scheduling appointments and managing calendars




Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks/Jane or similar accounting software
Provide exceptional customer support by addressing questions promptly and courteously

Qualifications
Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office or medical/dental setting is preferred
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry applications
Previous experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is highly desirable
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading and typing
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional phone manner and customer support orientation
Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures such as filing, patient scheduling, or bookkeeping is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
