Lot Attendant – Powersports

Conlon Motorsports & Marine | St. Albert, AB

Like ATVs, motorcycles, side-by-sides, snowmobiles and anything else that makes noise, throws mud or requires a helmet?

Perfect.

Conlon Motorsports & Marine St. Albert is looking for a hardworking, organized and dependable Lot Attendant to join our crew.

This is NOT a “stand around and look busy” kind of job. You’ll be moving machines, receiving inventory, operating equipment, clearing snow and helping keep the dealership looking sharp.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Receive the good stuff: Check incoming powersports units, verify VIN/serial numbers, catalogue keys and help assign stock numbers.
- Play real-life Tetris: Organize ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, dirt bikes and snowmobiles so the lot and showroom stay organized and sales-ready.
- Move the toys: Safely relocate sold units, shuffle inventory and keep display spaces full.
- Operate a Forklift & Skid Steer: You must be comfortable and capable of safely operating both pieces of equipment.
- Battle Alberta winters: Snow removal is part of the job. There's no escaping it.
- Give things a once-over: Perform basic visual and safety inspections and report any damage or concerns.
- Keep the place looking sharp: Help maintain the lot, showroom and surrounding property. If it looks messy, we fix it.
- Help Sales: Move machines for customer viewing and test rides, and help prepare and load purchased units for delivery.
- Jump in where needed: We’re a busy dealership. “That’s not my job” doesn’t get much mileage around here.

What We Need From You
- Must be able to safely operate a forklift and skid steer.

- Valid driver’s licence with a clean, responsible driving record. REQUIRED
- Motorcycle licence/endorsement is an asset.
- Comfortable operating and maneuvering ATVs, side-by-sides, motorcycles, snowmobiles and other powersports equipment.
- Comfortable performing snow removal and working outdoors during the winter.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Basic mechanical knowledge or aptitude is an asset.
- Reliable, punctual and ready to work.
- Able to lift, move, walk and stay active throughout the day.
- Comfortable working outside in AB weather — where experiencing all four seasons before lunch is entirely possible.
- Valuable communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Able to work independently while still being a solid team player.

Why Work Here? Because parking boring commuter cars all day sounds terrible.

You’ll spend your days around ATVs, motorcycles, side-by-sides, snowmobiles and some seriously cool machines.

You’ll work with equipment, stay active and have a job where no two days look exactly the same.

If you’re dependable, know your way around a forklift and skid steer, aren’t scared of a little snow and like the smell of horsepower in the morning...

We should probably talk.
