Rock Country Chevrolet Buick GMC is looking for an experienced Tire and Lube Technician to join our team. We're a third-generation, family-owned dealer group built around five things: Excellence, Integrity, Development, Community, and Consistency. We're Driven by Excellence.

Defined by Integrity. We're looking for people who already work that way, whether they've had the words for it or not. In this hands-on role you’ll perform oil changes, tire services, vehicle inspections and basic maintenance while helping keep the area clean, organized and safe.

What You'll Do

- Perform oil changes, vehicle inspections, tire rotations & changes
- Replace light bulbs, windshield wipers, and filters
- Understand vehicle needs and advise client servicing
- Report all findings from vehicle inspections
- Regularly clean and organize the shop to maintain a tidy and safe environment
- Complete other duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

- Valid Driver's License (MANDATORY)
- Strong mechanical aptitude




- Ability to work quickly and maintain quality standards in a fast-paced setting
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive, team-oriented work ethic
- Ability to work both individually and as a part of a team
- Desire to learn, grow and develop your skills
- Previous experience as a Lube Bay technician is preferred
