Pearl Builders Group is a commercial and residential real estate project management company. With over 20 years of experience amongst the senior management, Pearl Builders deliveries a wide variety of projects. We manage projects from construction to property management encompassing a complete design/build. Our work ranges from the management and development of complete new builds, refurbishments and fit-outs for Companies.

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Superintendent to take day-to-day ownership of the interior build-out through to handover. This is a hands-on, on-site role for someone who has run the finishing stage of high-end custom homes and knows what "finished" actually means at this level.

What you'll own

You'll coordinate and drive interior completion across:

- Millwork, custom cabinetry, and specialty built-ins
- Finish carpentry, architectural trim, interior doors and hardware
- Stone, tile and slab installation; hardwood and specialty flooring
- Staircases and railings; glass, mirrors and metalwork
- Painting and specialty wall finishes
- Decorative lighting and electrical finishing; plumbing fixtures
- Appliances, equipment, fireplace and architectural details
- Closets and closet systems
- Final MEP coordination and commissioning
- Room-by-room deficiency and punch-list management through to zero
- Final cleaning, protection of finishes, and owner handover

Day to day, you will

- Be physically present on site, managing daily progress and trade sequencing
- Hold trades to a high-end quality-control standard and catch issues before they're buried




- Read and work from architectural and interior-design drawings
- Track materials, long-lead items, and outstanding design decisions — and chase them before they become delays
- Maintain detailed deficiency lists by room and by trade, and drive them to completion
- Keep the site clean, organized, and completed finishes protected
- Coordinate directly with the builder, architect, interior designer, consultants, and ownership

What we're looking for

- 10+ years of construction experience, with significant time as a finishing superintendent, site superintendent, construction manager, or senior site supervisor
- A proven portfolio of large luxury custom homes — experience in King City, Forest Hill, Rosedale, Bridle Path, Kleinburg, Oakville, or Muskoka is a strong asset
- Strong references from builders, architects/designers, or homeowners
- Genuine attention to detail, proactive coordination, and follow-through
- Comfortable being the person accountable for the finish quality of the home

- Contract / independent consulting engagement through completion of the residence
- On-site in King City, Ontario

Job Type: Full time Pay: $80,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
