Steelhawk Plate & Profile LTD is a well-established steel service provider of quality CNC oxyfuel/plasma cut and blanchard ground parts for over 40 years, and are currently looking for a full time blanchard grinder machine operator for and afternoon/midnight shift work.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Set up and operate Blanchard Grinder
· Perform measurements accurately to correctly produce parts
· Document parts on inspection for quality assurance
· Competent and secure use of overhead cranes for material handling
· Keep a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
· Previous machine operator experience is an asset
· Mechanically inclined
· Ability to read measurement tools (Inside/Outside Micrometer, Calipers)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
