The role

As a Machine Tender, you will safely operate molding machines, inspect and package finished parts, and help maintain efficient, high-quality production.

Shift:

- Evening shift: Monday to Friday, 2:55 pm to 11:00 pm (shift premium $0.75/hr)
- Midnight shift: Sunday to Thursday, 10:55 pm to 7:00 am (shift premium $1.25/hr)

Reports to: Cell Leader

What You'll Do

- Safely operate and tend injection molding machines
- Inspect parts according to quality standards and document results
- Record and properly dispose of rejected parts
- Package and label finished products following work instructions
- Report quality, equipment, and safety concerns promptly
- Complete trimming, rework, and secondary operations as assigned
- Communicate production information during shift changes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Support production targets and continuous improvement activities

What you’ll bring

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions




- Basic math and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfort using basic measuring tools
- Ability to accurately identify colour-coded products and materials
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, and perform repetitive hand movements for extended periods
- Manufacturing or production experience is an asset, but training will be provided
