Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the overall upkeep, safety, and functionality of the hotel property to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Respond promptly to guest maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime
- Maintain outdoor areas including parking lot, walkways, and landscaping (seasonal)
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies
- Assist with renovations, painting, and minor carpentry work as needed
- Keep accurate records of maintenance work performed

Qualifications & Skills:





- Previous maintenance experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repair work
- Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
