Maintenance Supervisor to support equipment reliability, skilled trades, production uptime, and continuous improvement at their manufacturing facility in
Tilbury, Ontario
.

Responsibilities:
- Review equipment performance and downtime issues and coordinate repairs
- Support skilled trades and Production to maintain equipment uptime
- Generate and coordinate maintenance work orders, scheduling, parts sourcing, and follow-up
- Assist with equipment troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
- Coordinate schedules, vacation requests, shift changes, and other administrative needs for skilled trades
- Coordinate safety work orders,
corrective actions, and hazard remediation
- Manage vendors for facility services and repairs
- Support shutdown planning, fire system inspections, building repairs, and capital projects
- Participate in Production and Maintenance meetings, 5S, Lean, Red Tag Events, and JHSC activities
- Assist with maintenance inventory and stockroom management
- Serve as backup administrator for the equipment PM/CMMS system
- Provide basic facility/IT support as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Technical post-secondary diploma or degree
- 2+ years of manufacturing experience
- Experience coordinating work with skilled trades
- CMMS experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
