We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Curity team and support the reliability and performance of our beverage manufacturing operation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving problems, and working with automated production equipment. You will work across high-speed packaging, brewing and beverage processing systems, utilities, and automation. We are looking for someone who doesn't just respond to breakdowns, but identifies recurring issues, gets to the root cause, and helps make the operation better.

Key Responsibilities

· Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation-related equipment issues.

· Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on high-speed packaging, processing, and facility equipment.

· Respond to breakdowns and work with Operations to safely restore equipment while minimizing downtime.

· Troubleshoot automated equipment using PLC/HMI diagnostics, electrical schematics, technical drawings, and equipment documentation.

· Diagnose and repair motors, drives, servos, sensors, pneumatics, pumps, valves, conveyors, and industrial control systems.

· Support equipment adjustments, upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement initiatives.

· Identify recurring failures and support root cause analysis and corrective actions.

· Complete preventive maintenance activities and help improve PM effectiveness and equipment reliability.

· Complete maintenance work orders and maintain accurate equipment and repair records.

· Communicate equipment issues, repairs, and outstanding requirements across shifts.

· Work with Operations, OEM technicians, contractors, and vendors during troubleshooting and equipment optimization.

· Follow all safety, LOTO, food safety, GMP, and sanitation requirements.

What We're Looking For





· Industrial maintenance experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment, preferably beverage, food, CPG, or automated packaging.

· Strong mechanical and industrial electrical troubleshooting skills.

· Experience with Allen Bradley PLC/HMI diagnostics, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.

· Working knowledge of motors, drives, servos, sensors, pneumatics, pumps, conveyors, and industrial controls.

· Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on identifying and eliminating recurring equipment issues.

· A hands-on, team-oriented approach and the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced production environment.

· Flexibility to support shift, weekend, overtime, and off-hour maintenance coverage as required.

Preferred Qualifications

· Ontario 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright and/or 442A Industrial Electrician certification.

· Experience with Krones or similar high-speed beverage packaging equipment.

· Experience with Allen Bradley PLC/HMI systems and industrial automation.

· Experience with high-speed filling, seaming, conveying, and automated packaging equipment.

· Welding, fabrication, or machining experience.
