The right candidate will have a general knowledge and background in building and yard maintenance. Duties to include but not limited to: yard maintenance, building repair and maintenance, plumbing, basic equipment repairs, knowledge of beer taps and lines and general recieving.
Must have a valid driver liscence and be physically fit.

Job Overview: The Griffin is hiring a skilled and reliable handyperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a wide range of repair and maintenance skills and be capable of working independently. The handyperson will be responsible for addressing various tasks around the properties, ensuring that everything is in good working order and repair.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform routine maintenance such as painting, minor plumbing, and electrical repairs
· Receiving and returns of products
· Yard and garden maintenance
· Repair, replace defective equipment, fixtures and other items
· Conduct regular maintenance inspections to identify issues or problems
· Assist with renovation projects and repairs
· Maintain tools and equipment
· LRS duties to include all nature of maintenance
· All tasks assigned or designated to ensure smooth operation of facilities

Skills and Qualifications
· Proven experience as a handyperson or in a similar roll
· Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical and construction
· Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
· Excellent problem-solving skills
· Good physical condition and strength with the ability to lift heavy things
· Solid attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
