Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscape maintenance and possess the ability to work with various tools and equipment. This role involves maintaining residential and commercial lawns, ensuring they are healthy, attractive, and well-kept. The Lawn Technician will be responsible for executing tasks related to irrigation, garden care, and general landscaping.

Responsibilities
Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming.
Irrigate lawns and gardens effectively to promote healthy growth.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for various landscaping tasks.
Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, or flowers as needed.
Maintain equipment by cleaning and performing basic repairs.
Assist in landscape design projects by building garden beds or other structures.
Monitor the health of plants and lawns, identifying issues such as pests or diseases.
Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients in office.

Requirements
Previous experience in landscape maintenance or a related field is preferred.




Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Basic mechanical knowledge to perform routine maintenance on equipment.
Ability to dig and perform physical labor for extended periods.
Solid attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
Good communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
A valid driver’s license may be required for transportation to job sites.

Job Types: Full time, Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Overtime pay

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Edmonton, AB T6E 5G9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
