As a key member of our team, you will create engaging lessons that promote skill-building, sportsmanship, and fun in a safe and supportive setting.

Responsibilities
Lead engaging tennis lessons tailored to children of various skill levels, encouraging participation and enjoyment
Demonstrate proper tennis techniques, including grip, stance, and stroke execution, ensuring safety and proper form
Organize fun drills and activities that develop coordination, agility, and basic game strategies
Monitor participants’ progress, providing positive feedback and personalized guidance to boost confidence
Maintain a safe environment by enforcing rules and supervising all activities closely
Assist with setting up equipment and preparing the playing area before each session
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that promotes teamwork, respect,



and sportsmanship among all participants

Skills
Robust background in teaching or coaching tennis to children or youth populations
Excellent communication skills to clearly demonstrate techniques and motivate young learners
Ability to lead energetic sessions while maintaining safety standards at all times
Experience with swimming is a plus, as it demonstrates versatility in sports instruction and safety awareness around water environments
Passion for working with children and promoting healthy lifestyles through sports
Reliable, responsible, and able to work flexible hours during after-school hours and weekends if needed
