Omni Hearing is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our Woodbridge team. In this role, you will play a key part in managing our daily online order operations and supporting our clinical administration.
As the e-commerce space within the hearing health industry rapidly expands, this position offers significant room for skilled growth, skill diversification, and career advancement.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Logistics: Execute end-to-end order processing, pick-and-pack fulfillment, inventory management, and customer order pickups.
Platform & Data Management: Maintain accurate product listings and system data across Shopify and ShipStation.
Administrative & Clinical Support: Assist with day-to-day clinical administrative tasks and office upkeep to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required Qualifications
Shopify: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience (Required).
ShipStation: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience (Required).
Ability to seamlessly navigate between Shopify and ShipStation to process high-accuracy orders efficiently.
Desired Skills & Attributes
Technical Proficiency: Robust computer and smartphone literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
Core Competencies: Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
Work Ethic: Highly reliable, self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
