Gardiner Park Child-Care Inc. is seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Child Care Educator to join our team for a temporary full-time 3-month leave position.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must have Level 1 Early Childhood Education (ECE) or higher
Reliable and committed to working Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Ability to work well as part of a team
Robust communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a busy child care environment
Positive, caring, and energetic attitude
Responsibilities
Plan, program, and implement age-appropriate activities based on the interests and developmental needs of the children in your care
Provide a protected, nurturing, and engaging environment
Work collaboratively with other educators and staff
Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of the children
Contribute to the daily cleaning and organization of the centre
Assist with the daily routines and responsibilities
Position: Temporary Full time Child Care Educator
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
Duration: Approximately 3 months
