Responsibilities
Provide professional haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences.
Ensure all tools and workstations are maintained with high standards of sanitation and cleanliness.
Engage with clients through friendly communication, understanding their needs and offering styling advice.
Upsell additional grooming products or services to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized workspace that complies with health and safety regulations.
Build lasting relationships with clients by delivering consistent quality service and personalized care.





Qualifications
Proven experience as a barber or hairstylist with a strong portfolio of hair styling work.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization techniques for tools and equipment.
Ability to upsell products or services in a friendly, non-pushy manner.
Strong organizational skills for managing appointments and retail sales at the front desk.
Effective communication skills to understand client preferences and provide expert advice.
A valid barber license or certification as required by local regulations.
