Job Summary

Join our agile hospitality team as a Kitchen Hand / Dishwasher, where your energy and attention to detail will keep our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and hygienic kitchen environment, ensuring food safety standards are met while supporting chefs and food service staff. Your proactive approach will help create a seamless dining experience for our guests, contributing to the overall success of our restaurant or hotel operation.

Responsibilities
Efficiently wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards.
Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen managers.
Maintain cleanliness in all kitchen areas, including floors, work surfaces, and storage spaces.
Support food handling procedures by adhering to hygiene protocols and safety regulations.
Help with waste disposal and recycling processes to ensure an environmentally friendly workspace.
Restock supplies such as utensils, napkins, and cleaning materials as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations.




Collaborate with team members to ensure timely food service and uphold high standards of hospitality.

Requirements
Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety standards is essential.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a quick-paced setting.
Basic understanding of food handling, preparation, and kitchen safety practices.
Solid work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience in food service or hotel environments is a plus but not mandatory.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required.
