Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest services, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met, and contribute to a welcoming dining experience. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality. Previous restaurant experience and familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS are highly valued. The Server will play a key role in delivering memorable dining experiences while maintaining productive service flow.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Micros POS
Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation quality
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
Handle cash transactions accurately and perform cashiering duties
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas
Assist in food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support team operations
Ensure food safety protocols are followed during service and handling
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods




Address guest inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service at all times
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Qualifications
Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor
Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety standards in the food industry
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
Knowledge of food preparation, serving techniques, and hospitality principles is a plus
Food industry experience including serving, upselling, and guest services is highly desirable
