Duties
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, fryers, and prep stations
Support the serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of hot and cold dishes to guests




Follow all food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness
Collaborate with team members to manage multiple orders simultaneously in a lively environment

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
Ability to perform meal preparation quickly while maintaining quality standards
Excellent knowledge of serving protocols and customer service principles
Familiarity with kitchen equipment operation and maintenance
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and support a positive work setting
Passion for culinary arts with a proactive attitude toward learning current techniques and menu items

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
