Western Millennium Collision is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator / Repair Planner to join our team full-time. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate estimates, effective repair planning, and exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.

What You'll Do
Prepare accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software.
Develop complete repair plans and coordinate with technicians and parts suppliers.
Communicate with customers and insurance companies regarding repair procedures and timelines.
Order and track parts required for repairs.
Perform vehicle damage inspections and document findings.
Monitor repairs to ensure quality and efficiency.
Maintain detailed records and ensure all repairs meet OEM and industry standards.
Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the repair process.

What We're Looking For
Experience in collision estimating,



repair planning, or automotive service is preferred.
Knowledge of collision repair processes and vehicle construction.
Familiarity with estimating software (Mitchell, Audatex, CCC ONE, etc.) is considered an asset.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license.
I-CAR or OEM certifications are considered an asset, but are not required.
