We are seeking a friendly and motivated Food Counter Attendant/Sales Associate to join our energetic team. Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist with their orders in a courteous manner
Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
Operate POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Manage cash register transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards
Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed at all times
Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally
Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications
Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or retail environment preferred
Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude
Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Familiarity with food safety protocols and sanitation standards
