We operate differently than traditional painting companies: we do not have payroll. Our painters work as independent subcontractors. When you join Blue Nile projects, you’re expected to represent our brand — wearing our company shirts and working alongside our crew under the direction of our leadership.

What We’re Looking For:
We’re hiring one skilled, self-employed painter who can confidently complete interior and exterior work without needing ongoing correction or close supervision. You’ll be working as part of a team — not independently — and are expected to uphold the standards Blue Nile is known for.

Requirements:
Proficient in rolling, cutting in, and spraying
Own hand tools and safety gear
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
Must be set up as a self-employed subcontractor




Strong attention to detail with a focus on clean, skilled results
Reliable, communicative, and team-oriented
Willing to wear company shirts and work collaboratively on Blue Nile job sites

What We Offer:
Starting rate of $30/hr, paid bi-weekly upon invoice submission

Expected hours: 40 – 56 per week
