Job Overview

We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Production & Print Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating printing and production equipment to create high-quality printed materials and apparel products. Your mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace will be key to ensuring smooth production workflows. Responsibilities
Operate a direct to film printer, printing presses and other production equipment with precision and care
Proper placement and decoration of a variety of apparel and promotional items
Monitor machine performance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation
Follow procedures and quality control protocols to meet client expectations
Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished goods for shipment
Conduct regular inspections of machinery and work areas




Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality output

Experience
Prior experience in printing and apparel decoration preferred but not necessary as on the job training will be provided
Mechanical knowledge related to machinery maintenance and troubleshooting is desirable
An understanding of print-ready graphics and graphic editing software for the apparel decoration industry is a plus
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced workplace with the ability to stand for long periods of time is required

Pay: $17.60-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
